Hitting Lessons for Baseball 

Nadeau Sports Training recognizes the importance of baseball and softball in a young player's life.

We are committed to providing positive and professional instruction to enhance your skills of the game. Our instructors are excellent in supplying professional training in all aspects of baseball and softball.

Students will be taught with state-of-the-art instructional techniques and analyzed and evaluated with a major-league video system. The goal... to get good and be the “best that you can be”.

TEAM RENTAL / WITH INSTRUCTOR (8 or more players)

Nadeau Sports Training, uses the latest and most advanced hitting products available. We provide multiple hitting stations in order to keep all students busy at all times. When performed properly, we can measure development and reinforce positive muscle memory, effectively replacing poor habits with good habits. Stations vary from dry swings against a net to live pitching.

1-1/2 hours, 2 cages w/ instructor $145 per player
2 hours, 2 cages w/ instructor $175 per player

Video Analysis is an important tool in correcting a swing and improving power.

GROUP LESSONS / 2 to 4 players
We cover the same subjects and issues as the TEAM Lessons above using the latest and most advanced hitting products available. We videotape each player with a state-of-the-art computer system to break down the individuals swing and correct bad habits. With use of the Swingaway and soft toss, we provide many hitting drills and techniques to help your swing improve.

INDIVIDUAL LESSONS
Nadeau Sports Training uses the latest and most advanced hitting tools available. We break down hitting mechanics step-by-step using computerized teaching. Learning to hit the inside and outside pitch and driving the ball the other way. We teach situational hitting and prepare kids for the mental side of the game. By creating proper fundamentals and consistent repetition, we can create positive muscle memory, effectively replacing poor habits with good habits.
